The Second Session of the "Joint Qatari-Hungarian Committee for Cooperation in the Field of Economy, Business and Technology" was held in Doha on 25-26 September 2017.

 

The Qatari side was chaired by HE Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim bin Mohammed Al Thani, Minister of Economy and Trade, and the Hungarian side was chaired by HE Mr. Chaba Balogh, Minister of State, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

 

The two sides reviewed bilateral cooperation in various fields such economic, trade, investment , banks, small and medium enterprises, agriculture, transportation, health, education, science, technology and culture. The two sides agreed to take the necessary steps to promote and develop economic relations with a view to increasing the volume of trade exchange between them and facilitating the flow of goods, services and investments between the two countries.

 

At the conclusion of the second session of the Hungarian-Hungarian Joint Economic Committee the Co-Chairmen signed the minutes of the meeting.
