In the framework of the annual meetings for political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar and Hungary, HE Mr. Szilveszter Bus, Assistant Secretary of State for Openness to the South at the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, paid an official visit to Doha, where he met with HE Dr. Ahmed Bin Hassan Al- Hamadi, Secretry General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The two sides exchanged views on developments in the Gulf and Middle East regions and discussed bilateral relations in various fields of mutual interest, focusing in particular on enhancing economic cooperation and investment in both countries.
